Due to the COVID-19; pandemic Centrexa Group Ltd have put in place a policy to help protect our account holders, clients and staff from unnecessary risk. Please click on the PDF file to view the COVID-19 pandemic procedures for Centrexa Group Ltd.

Due the on-going COVID-19 pandemic our telephone lines will be closed for at least 3 weeks. We will provide essential services only that do not require person to person interation.

  • Field visits for debt recovery
  • Surveillance
  • Landlord & Letting Agents property checks
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution & Mediation

The Government has announced a radical package of measures to protect renters and landlords affected by coronavirus. We have prepared a policy for anyone wishing to use our Litigation Support Service for the purposes of County Court Money & Possession Claims and the preperation and service of notices under the Housing Act.
