Emergency out of hours business service

Centrexa Group Ltd provides out of hours emergency cover to Landlords and Letting Agents in the event of maintenance or other emergency. We will take a detailed record of tradesmen, locksmiths and your own emergency contact details and procedures that you would like to be implemented.

We can be called out when your offices are closed and deal with emergency situations for example:

  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Break in 
  • Property vacated out of hours and left unsecured 
  • Unforeseen emergency situations
We can triage calls and have an escalation plan in place or use our own professional judgement.

It is very simple to setup this facility and your tenants simply call your office number and you can setup a call divert or leave an answerphone message with instructions to call our out of hours team.

The cost of out hours starts from as little as £30 per month. This doesn’t include call out costs we can arrange an all inclusive package tailored to your individual requirements.
