HOW TO MAKE A ROUTINE APPOINTMENT
Contact the the company when you wish to be see a member of staff. If the member of staff of your choice is not available you will be offered an appointment with another member of the team or alternatively you can sign up for Client Access.
Client access allows you to make an appointment with a member of staff over the internet. If you are interested in this service, please ask a member of staff for details.
Please inform the member of staff if your call is an emergency.
We can give you a longer appointment than normal if you so wish, for example, if you have more than one problem.
Tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an appointment or a private room to discuss any sensitive matters.
Missing persons and other reports can only be given to the instructing client.
